About

Thanks for stopping by – I am a software engineer by profession and this site started as a repository of code snippets and little things that I have to figure out in the course of doing my job that I want to remember and don’t want to do over and over again. Some of these I figured out on my own, while others may have come from somebody’s website, books, or coworkers. I’ll try to give attributions whenever I can.

Over time, this site has grown to contain some of my other passions such as photography, programming and anything that makes living life easier through the proper use of technology.

    Hi Celso
Just saw this site…realized I don’t have an email for you and we are not connected by linkedin either.
Shoot me an email when you get a chance…How are things going for you at Nokia ….I hope to catch up with you one of these days.
    cheers

Hey Celso, I like your photography! I also like your blog and it seems like you delve into the nitty gritty of things. I’m building a world class enterprise software organization and I think you would be a great addition! We already set the record for the most revenue generated for an enterprise software company after three years. I’m trying to get more qualified engineers into our Boston office. We have the inventors of ZFS, dTrace, and early architects of VMware, Oracle RAC, Dataguard, Flashback. Could we connect on the phone to chat more? I’d love to tell you more about my company.

    Best regards,
    Richard Huang
